Prof. Elif Uysal participated in IEEE MILCOM 2026, held in Washington, D.C., USA, on October 12–16, 2026, where Prof. Uysal presented the paper “FEDFresh: Contribution Fairness in Federated Learning with Missed Model Updates.” The study, conducted with Batu Saatci, Stefano Rini, and Elif Tuğçe Ceran Arslan as part of the CNG.
