ASTRA addresses a fundamental challenge in satellite IoT networks: maintaining information freshness when devices operate independently under limited energy budgets. By leveraging mean-field control, ASTRA investigates how individual transmission decisions collectively influence network-wide information freshness, providing a scalable framework for age-aware satellite communications
