The Communication Networks Research Group (CNG) is pleased to host Prof. Leonardo Badia from the University of Padova, Italy, for a seminar entitled:
“Partial Stateful Server Selection for Minimal Age of Information Scheduling over a Finite Horizon”
The seminar will address Age of Information (AoI) minimization in systems where computationally intensive information updates can either be processed locally or offloaded to a shared mobile edge computing server. Prof. Badia will present a partial stateful scheduling approach and discuss low-complexity server-selection strategies for multi-source updating systems.
The seminar will be hosted by Prof. Elif Uysal.
